Room was average. Amenities were very old. Not maintained well. Parking was not good. Food was good. Comunication between departments was not good. Location was good but it was in a busy marketplace. Overall service was average.

First of all I would like to say that I'm not Mr. Ayeti it's Miss Ayeti . About the washroom is that flushing system of WC isn't working properly also the wash basin there wasn't running water and the blanket was ....me as an architect I would like to suggest that your wash basin should have been placed atleast few more distance away from the wc as there's space . 🙏 Thanks

The quality of the hotel is good and the breakfast of the hotel is much better from other hotels. This is the best hotel that i had stated in shillong compared to others. The room service is good and the facilities provided by the room service had made us have a comfortable stay

What a worst experience it was. The rooms are too noisy, too small and too dirty. Even after paying for a complementary breakfast with booking they took extra money from us for our breakfast. Most of the staff members have no manners. Also the hotel area is not friendly and safe for girls and child

We stayed for one day. Hotel staff was very cooperative. Food was good. Washroom flush was not working properly it is located near vegetable market. So road around is dirty and busy. If your preference is to walk/stroll around the hotel, do not book this hotel.
